These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the goodtr!p platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the goodtr!p website and all associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Platform.
• "Creator" refers to an approved content creator who curates and shares trips.
• "Agent" refers to an approved travel agency partner.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for hotels, experiences, or transfers.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid Indian phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Creator and Agent Applications

• Users may apply to become Creators or Agents by submitting the required documents and information.
• Approval is at our sole discretion. We may request additional information during the review process.
• Approved Creators and Agents receive a commission on bookings made through their branded pages.
• Commission rates and terms are set during the approval process and may be updated with notice.
• We reserve the right to revoke Creator or Agent status for violations of these Terms.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All prices displayed are indicative and subject to real-time availability.
• Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking and payment.
• Payments are processed through our authorized payment partners.
• We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers (hotels, experience operators, transfer companies).

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including trip itineraries, images, text, and software, is owned by goodtr!p or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by hotels, experience operators, or transfer companies.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
• We are not responsible for losses due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless goodtr!p, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but existing confirmed bookings will be honoured.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
